  • other unique identifiers such as but not limited to MAC address, IP address, IMEI number, IMSI number, SIM.

When you use Softway Finance to conduct financial transactions, we collect transaction details, including:

  • Amounts paid.
  • Date and time of the transaction.
  • Merchant name and services/products purchased.

We also collect transaction history to provide a seamless experience and to help with reporting, auditing, and customer service.

If false or inaccurate information is provided, and/or fraud is identified, details will be passed to the Central Bank of Nigeria and the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.
